I can't quite put it with mobile vendor vans. Perhaps bookmobiles, mobile dental clinics belong here too?

The Lost Dogs' Home is running a mobile, low-cost, high-volume kitty desexing service, today, at the Wyndham Civic Centre. The mobile desexing van's team of vets can desex a staggering 25 cats a day for a low cost of $50, less for concession card holders. It also offer free microchipping.
All sessions are booked out for today but more are planned for Broadmeadows and North Melbourne.

The rural Villages used to have a mobile vasectomy Clinic came through once a Year, & the Men who participated received a Transistor radio as "thanks"...
