j blair ithink you may have miss understood my post i think what you have done is great the easy part is aquiring old gear the hard part is doing something with it on limited resourses which it seems you have achived and had fun doing it -well done my point here is simple one at a time

As Chocs said, it's all about doing what you want to do with the time and finances you've got available! And if it takes a while to get it done, so what ... hopefully you've had fun along the way and met lots of great people! ;)

Like Dennis ... it's taken 60 years to get to its present condition, so it sure is going to take a while to get it all together again! [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
