Yeah Colin, we need to be on guard. If they don't stop him at the border passport check we may have to cut the Ferry cables. At least we will have plenty of warning as the Detroit will be heard an hour before he is seen. In the public interest it might be easier just to confiscate his Melways.

Here is a 1962 view of the quiz-photo location, 'Garden of the Moon', now Arthurs Seat Hotel/Bistro.
The 1960 chairlift top was past the small carpark left of frame, with a larger carpark further on.
Quiz regulars should recognise the family EK wagon, only a month old in this photo. I bought it from my father when he downsized in 1975. I sold it in 1983 when a good-condition HK became available.
The new chairlift top is higher up then the former one, apparently on the site of the historic tower, demolished.
