Calder Hwy around Taradale / Marmsbury ??

I'm not looking up my photos of such bridges; my memory is that they are photos of bluestone (including my opening entry, Avenel).

(Answer to the last clue above was the Elephant Bridge Hotel)

Penultimate clue if needed would have been that the creek under the bridge includes the name/ species of a large flightless native bird. And final clue was that such bird appears on our national Coat of Arms. Mt Emu creek.

While waiting for the next one, this photo of a beach location appeared in Melbourne Age with a request for identification. It is from VicRoads, and will be Victoria.
I read the notes that the location was unknown, but it is known, and the paper next day didn't publish the answer.
I have my own guesses, but don't know the answer.
