Vegetation looks a lot like SW Western Australia but seems to be very close to the roadway for down there.

Small hole in the wall

Thanks to geoffb's "clue" I now think I was about 3000km out on my first idea. I think another clue MIGHT be JB.

Not a hole, a sign.
Think I have seen this before, possibly on the old Bunbury road into Australind after turning off the main Perth - Bunbury road.

How said people would not believe me
There are followers and there are leaders

I should have gone with my first thoughts but when GeoffB said "small hole in the wall" I put that into Google Earth and came up with Hole in the Wall Beach in Jervis Bay NSW............the vegetation along Jervis Bay Road also matched so I spent several hours (its been very cold and windy here lately) on Streetscape trying to locate it.
So its back to the West
By the way the saying or description (Hole in a Wall) referrs to something special in out of the way or unusual places
