Yes, the 1966 single-lane bridge carrying route 83 Burke Development Road across Norman River at Normanton.

My photo was taken in 1974.
A new bridge was built in 2001, but the old survives. I suspect that it is used as a fishing platform.
I was impressed by the opening entry Channel Country, but that is further south. This region is Gulf Country.
Gove was also a good entry, based on the vegetation.
I'd saved this photo for a long time as being too challenging (not many members will have driven across it), but it was the only one readily to hand when there was a 5 day gap.
On only 2 days to a win, without needing clues, I'm pleased.
Well done Ozfury, the usual self-help reward and responsibility.
I'll hunt through my collection for another standby.

Thanks Rodders, I will enjoy my virtual Great Northern. I have an unfair advantage on that one as I was living in Normanton around the time your photo was taken. Dad was building culverts and slopes and margins around Walkers Creek on the Karumba Rd and yes, the old bridge still stands. I will trawl through my photos at work tomorrow and put one up.

A general area will do for this one, there is not much there so should be reasonably difficult.

Everything which I can recall doesn't have such a continuing vista of similar peaks, and doesn't have a little lake.
I'll enter Mt Selwyn (NSW).

Hi,

it is sand not snow and it is white sand so that should make it coastal so I will go with Discovery Bay Coastal Reserve, Vic.
