Thats not an uncommon occurrence in a multi metal mine, olympic dam the gold and copper pays the costs and the uranium is free apparently, in the good old days at broken hill the silver paid the wages for 8000 men, the lead and zinc were the profit.

Notice the Wridgways van. I saw only a few weeks ago the last Wridgway operation is closing forever. Very sad for what was once the biggest removalist in Australia. Think they bought out Grace Brothers or maybe the other way around in the 70's.

Removalist company placed into liquidation as Tasmanians still wait for belongings. ... Last month, a winding up application was lodged against Wridgways Australia, which is now in liquidation following an order from the Queensland Supreme Court.14 July 2021
