I might have seen this east of the river near Renmark but that's a fair way from Pinaroo

Many useful things fall off trucks

I entered Panitya yesterday, but must have pressed 'Cancel' instead of 'Submit'.
It is immediately on the Victorian side of the border on Mallee Hwy.

Your pretty spot on almost and close enough

It's on the Mallee hwy and at a place I believe called Boinka about half way between Ouyen and the border

Well done Rod, probably to early for a beer for some but you are more than welcome to have a drink of your choice from your fridge

That was generous Paul.
That is a highway which I drive frequently: it is my usual boating trail to/from the SA Murray.
I should have noticed this, and stopped to photograph, but that isn't so easy when concentrating on the tow, and being alert for B doubles wishing to overtake (I trail at 80 km/h).
Boinka is a very minor spot between Ouyen and the border. I have also been there by train.
The villages/towns (with pubs) are Cowangie and Murrayville.
I'll take 24 h for the next. The easy ones to find are either too hard to identify, or have been used before.
While I am enjoying a red wine, have this photo for entertainment.
When we visit rural Victoria with a steam train, locals do make an effort to greet us: usually by bringing in preserved vehicles.
This one is at Murrayville.

I had a colleague who loved river fishing and boating, saw a job advertised at Murrayville, thought 'Murray River, beaut', applied and got it.

Fair old drive to the river from Murrayville

When you do past that way next Rod it was on the left heading to SA
Im pretty sure that Boinka ois the spot, I seem to recall no sign posts just at guess was a grain siding, not even sure if it had silos now

Was very very tired when I took the photo, had been up for well over 24 hours and had a tad major hickup between Pinarroo and Ouyen

The temporary photo is better than the four which I found on the hard drive. Treat it as the continuation.
I then have today's finds as immediate spares.

Working on the trailer interchange gravel, I'll enter Nhill (Vic).

Newell Hwy Tomingley, Narromine turnoff.
Aerial view, looking generally south.
In the day, trucks parked both ways either side of he pub,
where a quiet beer, good feed and snooze if needed could
be enjoyed.
