Hi everyone...
This is my first post, so an introduction is in order. The name's Glenn & I have a disease with no known cure....
........The love of rusty metal !
I've had this affliction all my life & it has compounded itself through collecting old cars, trucks, tractors & stationary engines since my teens.
During a recent rust finding trip, I came across various bits & pieces that I'd like to share with you all & hopefully someone can help me identify it all. Of course, it all needs saving & I'm just the one to do it.
Firstly there's a cab & running boards off an early IH L-160
There's no chassis or front end & missing drivers door but I believe the same cabs were used on various IH products, so a door shouldn't be too hard to find. The ID tag says MODEL- AL 162, then (I think) NB?? The weights section (LBS) reads CHASSIS 4994... BODY, CAB, ????? & EQUIP 12000.... The next 2 sections are illegible, but the weights are 17000 & 30000 LBS respectively. Can anyone shed some light on it?
Nearby is the front of a Blitz & something that could be an early GMC? There's also a bonnet in the foreground.
Further around the hill is the front of what I think is a 39 Dodge
Also found was the cab of a Ford truck (I have no idea of the year)
And another truck that I have no idea what it is
I would be grateful for any identification of this rusty metal.

Ford is either 1949 or 1950, I'd go 1958 on Chevy truck.
