No Greenie.
Its deffo not an IFA Pritsche,
and sorry Paul its not MAN....
Ive been over the 2 pics with a 'fine tooth comb',
( thats the only comb I need now )
The Green one seems to have a different front crossmember, as it may have a winch.
I have removed the grille badge on the green one , but it looks like the one on yours.
There is an extra IFA badge on grille central on yours and the indicator / sidelights are different all over.
This could be a sort of Austin/Morris ? sort of thing,
know what I mean ?
Lets leave it a few days, and see if Grandad is awake, because my details have an interesting twist on the Manufacturers name ?
Cheers

Here's a bit more about them, see if you can recognise a name ? They appear to be involved with lots of different manufactures.

OK Greenie, thats near enough
The name is mentioned there as a Car Manufacturer.
It says the IFA badge was dropped in '56.
That could explain the lack of the IFA badge on the:-
1957 HORCH truck .
It is interesting that the word 'Horch' is apparently the latin translation of 'Audi'.
German vehicle manufacturing history is very complicated indeed.
Thanks for your interesting input.
Cheers
