Here is a test. How many lights on this bus seen recently in Jomtien Thailand. Note the clear view windscreen! Incidently I count 16 mirrors.

It would not need lights as you wouldn't be able to see out the windscreen

Paul, You must have s lot of time on you hands to count that many. 132 is all I can count, could be wrong though. I left school at 14. wasn't much good at counting sheep either 
I think you might have counted 12 mirrors in your lights count

7 reckon by the time he adjusts all the mirrors and lights it's the end of his shift. Then he passes over to his mate who goes through the same process!
