I don't know where that intersection is, maybe the Princes Highway near Pakenham but I have seen that truck and after the writing that says "We deliver milk on the weekends" It says (Not in the same truck)
I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,

Now I find I can't do any work in this position!

Heading east on Canterbury rd Heathmont and in a Western Star.
