These are exactly like the US Dodge models (which I understand you did not get downunder).
We also had Phords (see below) and Chevs/GMCs but they were never as popular due to being more expensive in comparison with the local content Dodges (the COEs however came from the UK fully assembled and hence, in their turn, were never as popular as the Leyland equivalents).
The bigger Dodges (C-Series) were very rare also but this was I believe due to political reasons, namely the fact that the local Leyland Ashdod vehemently objected to the introduction of yet another competitor to its products, so I suppose the gov't reached a compromise: Dodge would do the lighter, petrol engined ones, Leyland the heavier diesel engined ones...

Oh yes, the Powell. Is it possible both were "styled" by the same person, or was it just a case of simple minds think alike?

the later larger dodges in your photos look very similer to the early ford "F" series sold here in OZ ..also similer to the chevy trucks(chevrolet viking?) .. vielen danke for the schnitzel
