OK I dont know the answer. But it has split windscreen and 3 rear windows. Also appears to be a short bonnetted job with the engine set back.
The ones on the RH side of the photo might be different ones, maybe cab overs. Also seems to be in the basement of a concrete building (ie Not IH Dandenong)

I'll go with Bigcams idea that it is Austin, but an early one with the split windscreen. The line on the bottom of the door would be the continuation of the front mudguard line (LH side of pic) and the two holes in the firewall are where the foot vents go. See if I can find a pic. Found one but it's not real clear.

I'd say Austin too altho I did think early bonneted Bedford to start.
