Well id say..
its a big one ...
to fit in a really big buggy...
Maybe aaaarrrrrrr a 270 cummins for arrrr a 4070?

Nahhh...i think its a really huge one for an r 190?

on a second look it looks like something almost heavy enough to tie adam's S2 Kenny to ..to stop it resurfacing in bass straight!
chocs 8-)

Nope its not a GM or an EMD...this bonus pic should make it easy. :D

Chocs...amount of bloody trouble weve had with these donks they'd be far better off on the back of your trucks..have to be in bits though. 48 ton each.

I'm only guessing, a 149?

Adam, the pic on your signature is about 2 cylinders too long mate. :) :) :)

OOPs, just reread the post, not a GM, well it was a guess.
The crank doesn't look "that" big for a motor that wieghs 48 tons

I can see 10 main bearings, which means a minimum of 12 cylinders .. but .. I reckon it's possibly a V-24 engine, and the only V-24 I know of, in current production is the Cat 3524.
I don't believe it's big enough for a ships engine, but it may be a small ship engine. What has me a little tricked, is the cross-bolting of the main bearing caps.
Don't recall Cat doing that, so I'll go with a 12 cyl ships engine.
