...yes fageol .. believe it or not we got a couple of Bussing Nags out here ....ol' mate Bob Barker in Goulburn remembers at least one of them travelling through regularly : : :.....wonderful bits of gear i'm sure

Think it might be a Bussing Commodore with an underfloor engine ahead of the front axle and the gearbox halfway along the frame.

...pretty sure it's not a Commodore Grandad as they were a tractor unit and this one appears to be a rigid ??

Thanks for the answers fellas. There's probably an ad for those Bussing NAGs-(the Krauts had some strange names for their trucks, didn't they), in Truck and Bus back in the 1950s.

hi Roland..that's a nice pic.. and interesting to see the spider wheels which appear to be a Bussing ''trademark'' and usually not a common style of wheel in Europe.....
... the Bussing MAN tie up commenced in 1971 after an initial period of close co-operation from about 1969 and from all accounts this arrangement carried through to the late 80's.....cheers
