I have no idea whatisit
I would doubt this is a Clariben bonnett, the truck was pictured in Spain. I think it's fairly safe to assume there's some coachbuilder art here but why? NR with a Cummins (that would explain the longer bonnett)? You can just about see the dogs on the sides and the rad top... There were a couple of local Spanish specialists using Mack bits but usually they'd remove the dogs...
Very interesting Tatra, the TMU looks like it's got a 1953-55 F series Ford cab.

Possibly a C model Dodge cab of the 60's-70's? Dodge sold these cabs to other small truck manufacturers such as Oshkosh, FWD and several in Canada, probably the largest was Sicard. Maybe one of them had a Spanish connection?
Ozfury, good one - looking at the pics I can see what you mean. It could well be someone had connections with a Dodge dealership - I would doubt whoever constructed that truck purchased the cab directly from the factory. Chrysler later purchased local Spanish truck manufacturer, Barreiros, but I doubt there's anything Barreiros on that truck... Barreiros were mostly COEs anyway.
Just to ilustrate, that's what the Barreiros looked like:
