Hello,pretty sure that's an American bus chassis,can't remember the brand name,was on display at the Yennora wool sheds years ago fitted with westinghouse air brakes about 1928 model and I think now is in poor condition.If you look closely at the photo you can see how the rear chassis is split and the rear axles pass through to give a low height,but I could be wrong.
