If Rex reckons the wheels look like the American Budd type and they appear to be 8 stud, then about the only American trucks I know of that used 8 stud Budd wheels were the big Ford F7/F8 from 1948 onwards. But apparently it isn't a Yankee anyway, there was another country whose truck manufacturers adopted the Budd type, stud piloted wheels, and that was Japan, a lot of the older Japanese trucks used 8 stud Budd type wheels, so I'll try Fuso.
