No again to all . Its not American or Irish or Australian but the photo is in Australia just up the road from me most of the vehicles from this manufacturer were exported and other than 2 photos on google I could find no reference to them building trucks.This may be the last one left?

Mannesmann-I don't know anything about this brand, but it's German and built cars in the 1920s.

Maxim or Mauser maybe, but Maxim was an American firm that made fire engines and I think Mauser was German.

I'm pretty sure I have this, after a lot of searching and dogged determination-Martini made in Switzerland. Never heard of the company or the rifle, but you learn something new every day.
