I'd rather have tools that I don't need, than not have the tools I do need.

Re Ryder Paymaster wedge truck. Back in the 80's there was a Louisville running around Melbourne with a home made cabin on it, looked very similar to that Yanky wedge shape. Anyone else remember seeing it?

I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,
Now I find I can't do any work in this position!
The photo of the yellow Ryder shows the red brick,or is it hardwood? handbrake!

1912 Commercial Truck - Electric
Electric vehicles first appeared in the mid-19th century. An electric vehicle held the vehicular land speed record until around 1900. The high cost, low top speed, and short range of battery electric vehicles, compared to later internal combustion engine vehicles, led to a worldwide decline in their use; although electric vehicles have continued to be used in the form of electric trains and other niche uses.
