tiz 2 Packard busses
The first Packard car was designed and built by James Ward Packard in 1899. He, his brother William, and business partner, George Weiss, began the Ohio Automobile Company in 1900, which changed its name to the Packard Motor Car Company, two years later. Packard was known for its fine, luxury cars, and introduced the modern steering wheel, 12-cylinder engines, and air conditioning to the automotive world. Very early in their production, they introduced their own lines of trucks and buses.

I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,
Now I find I can't do any work in this position!
WOW, a limousine with lots of bling and a hydraulic tipper.
I think that hayseed or PDU might have it.
Who would ever want it or could afford it in the day?
If I had seen it two or three months ago, I would have said it must have been for an early toilet roll manufacturer.
I suspect it was made up for a truck show or to sit in the showroom of a large dealership?

I agree - an AA truck.
Knowing Swishy changes photos it could be a modern show vehicle (the white walls lead to this conclusion) but if it is from the day could just be a council road repair vehicle with room for the shovellers.
