Site was down

Yes the HCVC web site was down today for 5hr from 12:10 to 17:10.

I know there was a issue on the server which caused it to reboot,
but due to the size of the disk drives on the system it talk all this time to check the file system for errors.

It was not just the HCVC site but all sites that was hosted on the same server.

I know about these problems as I am a ISP & have the same problems some times too.

Yep, it was a bugger. I had a slow day at work and I couldn't get onto my favourite boredom buster...

Yep the site was down again

It went down at 8pm back on line 8:45pm, the data centre is looking into what caused the server to stop responding.

...we shouldn't worry too much about all this .. i washed the dishes, returned a few emails, made a couple of phone calls and checked out the upcoming bills

....let the HCVC people know that it's really no big deal....i'm sure they will do what they can do.....

...dunno what the forum guys down back have been up to, but the whole site seems to be turbocharged!!.....way quicker from this morning onwards....cheers
