Probably been asked before why can't we just add the photo instead of using a host as in Space book this is much easier

Yair, easy! Well it is if you know what you are doing. I have printed off this thread so that next time I get a day or two to spare, I can practice.

One of the people who posted these instructions is an computer programmer by profession and at least one other works in computers. All I know about computers is they are a box with lots of wires attached.

The Mack and the Inters look good but does the Volvo think it is a pig, buffalo or maybe a hippopotamus? It is pigs, buffaloes and hippos that like to wallow in the mud, trucks don't!

Ha ha, Morris. :D

I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,

Now I find I can't do any work in this position!

Brand new on this forum but managed to load a few photos. The hardest part has been pasting over that tiny gap between the [img] [img]'s. Do I have to hold the cursor right on the flashing indicator before clicking paste?

When you select the image button, the cursor will automatically be between the (img)...(/img). Just use "paste" to insert the link, no need to touch the cursor.
