what is the go with the "learners" text below our user names? Is this something that changes with how long you've been on HVCV? or reflects your actual licensing? If so how do you change ?

It's all got to do with how many posts to the forum that you have made.

You got only 17 posts, so that denotes somebody who's only "learning the ropes" around here.

Click on this lot and just see how many posts Swishy has made.

Go to the bottom left of page and click onto 252.

Maybe it would be good if people dont post for 12 months they drop off all together that would clean up a (bloody great load of dead wood).

Just because people haven't posted doesn't mean that they aren't logging on or watching the forum!

Also the member list can be sorted just click on the column names. First click on the post column for example will sort highest to lowest. Second click will reverse the sort lowest to highest. This can be done on all columns.

Oh and to clean up a bloody great load of deadwood takes a bloody lot of work!

Ive no doubt there is a lot for reasons for being a reader instead of a poster and only messing with computers for 3years the combination of sever lack of knowledge and not being able to spell and never have been.
The result was i didn't join for about 10 months later having
cooled down and decided i would figure out how to post combined with a young person giving lessons on spell check and a key board with a a-z and qwerty at push of button (fast finger) and sill learning.
Drove trucks since i was 18 all ridged including 1 butter box tandem steer and drive with a stick on each side of seat and 6 spud bags as padding over seat springs.
Cutting up old ship for scrap was real easy compared to computers and others like me are easily put of posting for reasons above but read the forum continually like Ive dun for 3 years and next problem is making a voice recognition program work ,if you hear someone screaming in frustration it probably me.
