Hey gang,

does anyone know a good repairer of LUCAS wiper motors?

Mine is 2 Speed and I am in Sydney

Yours looks very simialr to an early Holden wiper motor have a look in that direction.
Other option is to take yours apart, clean out the hard grease from the gears, slip the armature out and clean it up, replace the brushes and go around again for another 50 years. Brushes are possibly your biggest problem and your local auto electrician should be able to supply similar brushes to suit.

Try Roberts Auto Electrical in Bexley 9553 6009 They are old school guys who prefer to rebuild rather than to replace with cheap imported junk.
