It certainly is a nice picture of a rare truck.
My guess of the make is Albion.

In the thirties, trucks for transporting goods over long distances were very interesting. But there is very little information about them. You could say that the history of trucks of the mid-thirties is a complete mystery. We need to popularize the history. If designers looked at historical photos of trucks, modern trucks could be much prettier. Here are two very interesting French trucks - Renault and Unic.
