WOW some great old photo's there
Pete you have taken some great snap shots of Australian history there
It amazes me how good the Australian trucks compared to the US trucks of the same time

Greetings. A fair few of these 'tanker' photos were taken on a Melb safari when we used to loiter around Bunker Hill and others have been taken around the Barossa Valley or near where I worked in Adelaide- I used to swing down to the Gepps Cross pub where in the day it was popular for trucks to park thanks to a couple of acres of nothing near the pub. I've been selecting photos based around a theme- TNT, SAR's, Rigids and now Tanker lorries and I've put together another lot for an email to Werkhorse hopefully later this week. I reckon he's doing a cracking job for otherwise these photos would rarely see daylight. Next time
