Greetings. The White is definitely East Coast- compare with the East Coast White beside the EC ERF [taken at Angaston cement works]. I used a magnifying glass on both photos to check. Same roo-bars aswell. The yellow Whites were from a SA Govt dept- maybe weights & measures or Highways dept. The red Transtar was at a motor show in Adelaide in '73. Didn't ever see many of those stock crates getting around. I thumbed through the pages of the photo albums to find the B & M for Sarge. All these instamatic photos are in albums that had the sticky paper with a cellophane sheet over the top so lifting the photos can be a bit of a chore so as not to damage them. Stay tuned.

Thanks for looking overlander..re the B & M .. my BB says

That might be one of the two ex-Ansetts which ran the Melbourne-Adelaide shuttle, one round trip a day, five days a week and which I drove for a short while, based in the company flat in Nhill a few months. 8V71 GMs and 15 speed RoadRanger (I think).

The bar looks to have quite a twist.
Probably some blood and guts to clean off.

Greetings. The resolution in some of those photos has certainly been age affected. The green Transtar was from Alice Springs, maybe S Blanchet & Sons on the door, taken at DETCO as was the Mal Wilkinson KW. The red KW was Trevor Doecke and over time he upgraded to bigger and better. I suspect it was an ex Schrapel's Traders from Berri but I thumbed through my photos and can't make a match and I've quite a few photos of Schrapel's Kenworths. Never did get a photo of schrapel's White 7564TDB- I was still going to High School when he started upgrading from Loadstars and 190's so I couldn't afford to but film for my brother's instamatic. Next time
