I reckon they might as well have a "Roadside Sale" , Because not much is going to travel a lot further. If it does continue down
the road and falls off in the path of oncoming traffic , how much trouble is the driver going to be in??
I was never a big time hay carter in earlier days but i would not have let that load out of the paddock.
Perhaps the grower may look for another baling contractor next year. Just my thoughts.

When I look more closely at the photo of the truck load of hay it loaded in what to is a unusual way

Some of the bales are on their edge and a tier or two up some are on the flat

Dunno, I'm sure was a good reasons for this, maybe two different balers, most brands had a baler that made a uncommon size bale, MF and IH called these contractor models I think
