maybe its got a bus badge in behind the bullbar...... Leyland.Panther ,maybe.....i think they had the black cat creeping down the badge........................one of my many major mistakes...I could have had several Leyland enamel badges for the cost of climbing into a scrap bin,but couldnt be bothered..........$500+ worth of couldnt be bothered.

RE: Something a bit out of the usual.
Hi,
It would appear that the vehicle is a Leyland bus /coach chassis with an underfloor engine. I am unable to make out the name on the badge other than it is a Leyland. It could a Tiger Cub or Royal Tiger as lettering can be seen either side of animal. Both the Tiger Cub and the Royal Tiger were underfloor engine chassis. The person underneath the truck is in a position of the engine location. Also Leylands had a full nut guard on front wheels and a cover on rear axle half shafts. Also with the front axle set back indicates a passenger vehicle chassis.
Hope this is of interest to you

I'll go along with Pete M and call Royal Tiger. Anyhow, what ever it is, for a home made or one-off cab, it's pretty neat.

They built a heap of different designs on Ford chassis... Some high, some real low...

Seen this a few years ago near home, sat there for about 6 months, then disappeared for ever ……
At the time I didn't think to take some pics of the running gear...… bummer...

I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,
Now I find I can't do any work in this position!

Is that bloke really three metre (9ft 9 inches) tall, or has the KWhopper been left out in the rain and shrunk?
