That early 1950's Mercedes factory team transporter is one of the most photographed vehicles ever. It has won countless design, styling and people's choice awards. It would do 100mph in 1951 when only expensive sports cars could reach this speed. Here is a good look at it. Jay Leno has one in his collection. Unsure whether either are originals or replicas.

Yes, that Mercedes transporter with the white coupe on the back is a ripper. I didn't like the way the coupe was held down using what looked like a wire cable and turnbuckles over the spinners holding the wheels on.
But you also have to admit the Citroen is a weird looker as well. There is a Citroen Wagon around the corner from us and it is still on full rego and a daily driver.
