Yeah I haven’t seen them on the drive except on this photo on the sterling but if you look on dima’s sleeper cab pictures most of them have big steer tyres like the sterling on them, unless it’s meant to be for better steering or something, some one will know...

Rattail most American large American trucks have either 22 or 24 inch wheels as opposed to 20 inch that we have

I think these are 10.00 x 20 and most likely were 7.50 x 20 or 8.25 x 20 when new
There is quite a size difference between 10.00's and 7.50's , I think 7.00 x 20 was around once as well

Wee-allis we can take turns behind the wheel, theres just something about this old truck, cant explain it any better than that

A lot of the Lend Lease NR Macks had 22" rears,and 24" front.All the BCC ones were 10.00x22 duals and 9.00x24 front ....they looked a bit odd.
