I am sure you are right about the Roadway vehicle but in my search there was a photo of cars being loaded in the back. I chose the posted photo because it is clearest then could not find the related car loading one. Must have just been a once-off load.

On September 8, 2019, a giant South Korean car carrier "Golden Ray" (Golden Ray) capsized in the waters of Georgia, USA. All 4,200 cars on board were hit by the water. It is estimated that the damage caused by the accident is as high as 204 million U.S. dollars (about 1.3 billion yuan). Now, two years have passed, and the cause of the accident has surfaced.
