A few Car Carriers

Great pictures Lang! The Arco photos show two of those high rise beasts with the same number plate but different cabs. I wonder if it is a recab after a rollover? I imagine it would be a wild ride on that end of the pendulum.

I was thinking the same, that Arco, she'd be rocking and rolling wouldn't she? Also wondering how bloody unstable some of those old girls would be, let alone the lack of power, AND bugger all brakes.. I remember how much diffence it would make to the old CarPark if you had a heavy car over the roof, or if you had to load it with engine forwards. Certainly made you be careful how you drove...
Anyway to keep the car carriers thing happening here's a few Aussie ones that I've collected/stolen from the net..
