What is going on here? was created by Lang

All I can think of is it is an early form of road/rail and the tunnels are so low they had to put a well in the rail car to lower the trailer height??

I get that Lang, but what of the rails on the ramp? Drive tyres outside the rails and the steer wheels appear to be steel and running on the rails..

I'm assuming it's in the UK, so come on Grandad or eightpot, What's it all about.

It looks like the rail runs BTween the duel drive tyres
n may B the steer may have a steel disc out side of tyre
the picture shows where it may dump the front of the trailer off via sum hook doodadd arrangement

I think the Kangaroo has nothing to do with Australia.

The sign on the trailer says you can hire it.

Novatrans novatrans-greenmodal.eu/en/about-us/who-are-we are big in transport in Europe.

The vehicle in the background looks like a Renault 4 and it looks like it could be a French number plate, so could be Calais or Dunkirk?
