No pics of your levers. The only way I know to post a video is to load it to your YouTube account then post the link.
I'm sure there is a better way but being tech dumb I do it how it works for me.

Handbrake ,hoist and PTO ...........best to leave the hoist in lower position, then you cant have any incidents like wreckin the shed .......the PTO should be left disengaged too .

So next question. My starter motor isn’t engaging now . Motor spins was thinking sticky bendix? Thoughts . Or has it gone bad. I’m not sure if it’s a 6 or 12v system as it has a 12 coil in it already. So I have been using 12 v

Either stuck Bendix, or broken spring. Can be overlaid and migged together until you find a new one, if it's the spring.

Did well to get it started up after so long.
Looks like you’re in front there.
Can see the PTO shaft running underneath.
May pay to check that it’s disengaged.
    Good luck with your project.

Yea it was engaged at the time I hadn’t worked out hot to disengage it at the time. The levers are really rusted still working out that part. Can’t put up tray until it’s outside and have tires that go flat quickly lol it’s will be a very long project.
