SEC Victoria was created by Fighting Rust
Another state govt. Dodge WC. This Dodge appears to be LHD , it was likely registered before the Victorian LHD ban that came in,  in 1948. The reg, plate appears to be a standard B & W issued plate.

State Electricity Commission .

A strange and little known quirk of history is, there is evidence that some of these Dodges were imported from Europe post-war , and sold to civilian users in Australia..

The SWER system is good and simple and used all over rural areas of Australia
Gets a lot of power a long distance for not much money
