looks like a forward control version of Morris Series Y (1939 -1950) but second thoughts more likely Commer N1 introduced 1936, a classy van in it's time.

I think the radiator is too flat and too far back in relation to the front axle, to be a Commer.
Just my hazy, decades old memory, so don't discount yet.

Definitely Commer N series which came in both bonnet and cab over van. Wheels of a Morris are similar but have a different hole shape.
