    Very nice resto, although seems the history got garbelled in translation. It is a 'RAF type', as in Royal Airforce, They were built at Leyland, Lancashire. Following end of war Leyland bought up all the surplus and purchased the former Sopwith aircraft factory at Kindston (Sth London) where they were re-built and sold at less than new prices. They made a loss out of the enterprise but did keep the reputation of quality intact. At completion of that enterprise Leyland used the factory for the joint enterprise of Trojan cars.

    Would like to see this one exhibited at the 125 year anniversary of Leyland being held at the Clarendon Rally this coming September.
