An Oz Maggie fan by the name of Greg keeps sending me copies of Press ads from Ancient Oz times.
This is great because I now have over 40 and here is the latest one. Its an odd ad to me and I thought it worth showing .

Hi @ all from Germany.

Magirus Deutz trucks I know very well. Thirty years ago I drove these trucks.
I delivered concrete with them. To build houses and tunnels.

I have to look for pics from this time.

But a truck like this one of the poster I have driven too.

Heres a shot of my brother and I posing for the camera in about 1980 on the bar of a Deutz my uncle used to peddle from Newcastle into central Qld.

From memory it was a R & H Transport unit but I'll check on that.
