Sylvia's Gap road run, June long Weekend 2015.

The Australian Road Transport Heritage Centre at Gundagai is Holding a Dinner & road run Through the infamous Sylvia's Gap. on the June Long weekend (6th-7th) 2015.

As the 20 odd kms of Old Hume Highway now runs through private Property, this will be one of the few chances people will get to drives this Iconic Piece of Australian Road..

Quick query for you, 'Seed. Bloke asked me the other day if "Little Sydney Harbour " bridge at the old Tumut turnoff was still standing? Been so many years since I have been up that way, I wouldn't know.

Further clarification of dimensions of Little Sydney Harbour from a visit a couple of weeks ago....

6.1 metres kerb to kerb (oldon's memory weren't too bad)

6.35 span to span

I'll leave you blokes to do the maths as to what gap would be left if a couple of bigun's found themselves on it at the same time

& 6.35metres from Arch to Arch...
