Registration starts at 6.00 am, So I'd imagine the first trucks will leave any time after 7.00 am..

It's the Vic Roads issued Log book to vehicles on the Red Plate Permit Scheme.
. To comply with the Conditions of the Club Permit scheme. You must log every trip..

I did an Old Hume crawl myself back in 1990. Started from Sydney and went through to Melbourne. Back then most of the old road was still accessible by driving off the dual carriage way. Hanging Rock Road around Mittagong way and another lost and forgotten piece of by-passed road just north of Goulburn, bits and pieces here and there, it all gave me some idea of what it was like to drive it decades ago. One interesting find, around Sutton Forest I think it was, was an old bridge with a 31 sign on it, you'd never know it was there unless you went exploring.
You could still drive across the old wooden Murrumbidgee bridge at Gundagai then, and still drive through Sylvias Cutting, although Little Sydney Harbour was a walk not drive. Another old gravel road I found around the same area was sign posted Old Hume Hwy, I think this road was replaced by the road through Sylvias way back when!
The Hume in Victoria was pretty easy to follow, and I got talking to an old bloke in Violet Town who told me from there on down most of the south bound lane was the original Hume.
Anyway, that was my Hume crawl. Have fun

What a great range of trucks at Winton today. Great to see many in there original colours as well.
A credit to all involved and especially to those who organised the event.

I will second that, it isn't easy to organise events of this magnitude.
