Totally Forgot to mention it on the forum!

The Melbourne Steam Traction Engine Club Rally is on this weekend. 10th,11th and 12th of March 2007

Should be a good rally. My Inter will be there for most of the weekend. Also Warwicks Bryces Foden and his new trucks as well. In the steam commercial area Peter Jackmans Sentinel and the Navy's Foden will also be in attendance. Also mentioned previously in this forum the steam engines and boilers of the Tug boat Lyttelton are all on site. And escourted tours of all the equipment will be made twice a day. And the steering engine arrived on site this week and itself is well worth a look!

But always look forward to other commercial vehicles to turn up.

Rally located at 1200 Ferntree Gully Rd Scoresby Vic.

Free entry to exhibitors and there will also be a free spit roast on the saturday night again for exhibitors.

Will put up some photos after the rally.

I should be there Sunday with the XP and a guest at this stage. It is always a good day out

Having lived through a pandemic I now understand all the painting of fat people on couches!

Well the MSTEC Rally is over for another year!

While Saturday attendance were down. Over all they appear up on previous years.

Some of the new inititives appear to have been a hit with a few stalls and a small fairground including marry - go -round and a blow up slide even a couple of fairground games! This year we even had a steam powered saw mill.

There were a couple of HCVC members vehicles seen on display.

Michael F Ford V8, Bruce P Ford XP ute, Warrick B Foden, Peter J Sentinel Waggon and my Inter.

Couple of other commercial vehicles were there but didn't have a chance to check them out.
