2024 Rusty Iron Rally

2024 Rusty Iron Rally is on this weekend. I'm loaded with only 4 Mowers.  Freezer had to stay I place plus the gazebo as it's going to be jot up there. I had 6 Mowers ready to Ho plus was hoping the replacement carby for that B&S engine did not arrive n after much chasing up its sitting on the dock at Port Macquarie since Monday night n they won't deliver until they have more parcels. Service is not Aramex business n no amount of persuasion or complaining has worked to get it here. In 4 emails I explained we won't be here on Friday n last contact they said it will be delivered this Friday. All too numerous extremely unpleasant words bounced around the yard but that will not change things. Wait until I get it then all my thoughts n sayings will Ho out to both Aramex, eBay n the Seller because he would not answer simple questions. Initially had a nice line up of toys but had to cull 2 out.
Here is Bongo loaded up ready to hook up to the caravan on Friday morning. Anyone here hoping up?

Spent all day catching up n getting caught by the mouth plus talking about the Mowers to the public. So tomorrow I will get some pics up of what's left. Was a huge day today hope for the same tomorrow knowing some have gone already.
Went back to the van for a cuppa n when I got back someone left a trophy, WINNER of best mower display. Must not be any other Mowers here.

Good on you Cobba, well deserved regardless of how many mower displays there were.

Made time to go walk about this morning for some Kodak moments. This is a sample of what appealed to me. Will put more up once home plus a video of a Rootes Diesel engine mounted in  chassis screaming it's guts out. Plus he has a cut away of the engine.
