Would a bloke get a free beer for the longest travelled participant?

Gday All...
With the interest shown so far, it looks like we're going to have a ripper turn out of vehicles once again!
My apologies for not answering any previous questions, we've been fairly busy of late..
To the guys who regularly support us, and to the blokes coming down/up/across for the first time - Many thanks in advance, your efforts are much appreciated!
See you there..
Cheers,
Slim

Chocs,
I think what Deadly was alluding to was a couple of years ago when I brought the ACCO down I think it was the international club (not the show guys) had organized a special dinner and event which was by special booking. Looked interesting but by the time we found out about it was all booked out.
The show guys I think had a BBQ going but I think it was BYO everything. But we didn't know about this until late and of course had nothing and taking trucks to shopping center's to pickup meat etc not the easiest thing. (not to mention not knowing where they were anyway!)
Sounds like it would be a great night if what was organized last year occurs again! Unfortunately can't get down there for both days this year!
As you say not to hard to find food in Geelong if you know your way around! We ended up finding a place to eat think it was some club. After we found that the local pub to the showgrounds didn't have any food! In the end it all worked out and had a great night!
By the way nearly all events are put together by Volunteers and agree they all do a great job which I hope they will continue to do. As all events take a lot of time and dedication usually with a small team.
