Can anyone tell us any more of this truck, This trucked was parked up against a tree on the bells line road for the past 6 years, may be more, that i have been driving to Sydney, stopped one day to ask the bloke if he had any mack parts for when i was doing up my old girl.
I asked him about the R700, and said that he was going to do it up, then it sat there rusting away for the next 4 years. who's the owner and best of luck restoring it. the old bloke said it had a 237 in it. Am surprised its moved from its rusty tree spot and into someones shed. ( unless the old blokes passed on.)

The R model is an ex Thompsons of Mt Victoria, they have bought it back and will restore it back to when they had it. I think it's a 285 and 6 speed. It worked in a mine a long time I was told.
