Disappearing posts

In the thread on GPS speedos, the first few posts have disappeared.
The first post on page one of 3 is actually several posts after the stat of the thread.
Have had this before but figured I was not submitting posts correctly when the disappear.
This time it is just not something I have posted but from others as well

Hi,

only the original first post by Lang is missing as I can see it correctly but if I log out and just view it in a Public mode it does disappear as described.

How or why that is happening is not obvious so I will have a closer look when i have a moment.

I do not see it either logged in or out.

Got another one doing the same, in the remote mounted parking brake thread, first has disappeared to me.

Noticed it on other forums too.
Double posts, missing posts (I had presumed they'd been edited) posts not visible to public, error messages and such.

there is a another possibly connected issue and that is posts that appear at the bottom of one page then appear at the top of the next page.

Jeffo, do you mean other Forum or other Threads/Topics?
The double posts might be what I mentioned above.

Have seen the double posting before but never paid any attention to it, may have been on other sites as well. Will keep an eye out now and check if it is happening else where.

I visit Pradopoint and since their "upgrade" that site is dreadful.
Have resorted to Facebook, much as I find that format totally frustrating.

Terry I had not noticed double posts until it was pointed out that I had a double in the parking brake thread, and the first post is missing there too. I hope this does not burn up too much of your time, Good luck.
