Site down and out or something else?

This afternoon I went to login and there was a different page come up that said it was temporarily down or similar. Tried a few times over an hour on the desktop with no luck but here I am now.
Maintenance os an issue at my end?

It did the same thing to me this morning.

it was a payment issue.

The monthly automatic payment didn't go through last week for some reason and I didn't get any emails notifying there was an issue so it got taken off line until I noticed it was down around 6pm yesterday.
