Hi Morris.  I am no computer guru, but i found "reply" by clicking on the "action" box, and "reply" then appears underneath.

The last post of a topic should be the most bottom one on your screen, on the highest page number for that topic.

On the right hand side of your screen you should have a list labelled "forum latest".  If you are logged on, there will be a numeral after each topic, of the number of new posts for each topic, that you haven't seen yet.
